The portfolio monolith collects the minimum useful signal.

`lmachineone` exists to run first-party software, shared identity, and public documentation. It is operated by Lucas Machine alongside work at Local Business Pro. This policy covers `lmachine.one`, `hub.lmachine.one`, and future first-party app surfaces that explicitly point back to this monolith.

What we collect

  • account data such as name, email, hashed password, and linked social-provider identifiers
  • product activity required to operate the hub and future first-party apps
  • operational telemetry, logs, and security events needed to keep the system reliable
  • email delivery and provider metadata required for transactional messages

Why we collect it

  • to authenticate users and preserve one shared identity spine across multiple apps
  • to deliver transactional email such as password resets and account notices
  • to improve first-party products, security, and support workflows
  • to publish documentation and build logs that explain how operator software is built and maintained

Third parties

The current stack may use providers such as Resend for transactional email, Google/GitHub/X for social authentication, Hetzner for hosting, and Tailscale for private operator access. Those providers only receive the data required to perform their part of the system.

We do not sell personal data. We do not collect more than the operating system needs just because dashboards make it easy.
